ABOUT  michael elliott

Michael Elliott is a classically trained chef who has worked with food since the age of 13 as an apprentice to Chef Susur Lee in Toronto. After completing his BFA in Art History and Studio Art at Concordia University in Montreal, he continued to work as a chef in some of the city's best restaurants. In 2002 he began his career as a food stylist working on the popular French language cooking show "A la Di Stasio". Since then, he has worked as a stylist, recipe developer, and writer in both North America and Asia. He has experience in television, film, and print media.
