Trained as a chef in London and Montreal, Michael worked as a food stylist since 2004 in Montreal and Toronto, and since 2006 in Shanghai. Now based in Vancouver he also works as a freelance food journalist, restaurant reviewer and recipe developer and is passionate about all things food.
