I too love the idea of pairing lychee and raspberry flavours. The color is amazing! I’m making blackcurrant sorbet right now – we both have frozen desserts on the mind

KB if you’re in the States you likely do have Mr Christies, but I’m sure you could make something work with some thin ginger snaps in a pinch.

Sounds delicious. I love how avocado, when slightly mashed gives itself to become a ‘dressing’ with the oil and vinegar, too. Thank you for the recipe. Cannot wait to try.
