
If you havn’t got your hands on this before, it’s time you did. They makes rice extra tasty, are handy to shake into salads or cooked vegetables, and you can use them to coat portions of salmon before pan frying. There’s a whole host of brands out there, all of comparable quality. (about $5 at Korean/Japanese groceries, I get mine at H-Mart on Robson)
